A-33 is a liquid catalyst containing 33% triethylenediamine (TEDA). This highly active tertiary amine catalyst promotes the reaction between isocyanate and polyol and crosslinks the foam. And give flexible polyurethane foam good mechanical properties. If used together with the NIAX catalyst A-1, the best performance of this catalyst A-33 can be obtained.

A-33 catalyst is suitable for the manufacture of all kinds of polyurethane foams. It is completely soluble in water and can be completely mixed with polyols, fluorocarbons and stannous catalysts. In all foam formulations, 3X A33 catalyst can replace 1X solid triethylenediamine, Eg. 0.3phpA33 catalyst, can replace 0.1php solid triethylenediamine.
A33 has a wide range of applications in polyurethane flexible foam, polyurethane rigid foam, bulk foam, high rebound foam, high rebound car seat, rigid spray foam, rigid wood imitation foam, polyurethane composites, waterproof coatings, polyurethane adhesives.
